This Plan is non-refundable and non-transferable to other pets. All fees are payable upon enrollment. The plan is limited to puppies less then one year of age. There will be an extra charge for any medical problems detected during the package term. Vaccines are given at intervals specified by the veterinarian. Missed services are forfeited. The plan does not exceed one year from the date of purchase.
